Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen was born in the city of St. Louis in Missouri. She is a famous American singer/songwriter/model/actress. Her most famous role was in the role of Jenny Humphrey, the star of CW's Gossip Girl. Momsen's music is featured in movies and TV shows like How to Be Single, Going the Distance and Two and a Half Men. The younger sister of Taylor Momsen Sloane Momsen also works as an actress. She trained in dance in the Center of Creative Arts St. Louis. In an advertisement for Shake and Bake public service that was released in 1997, she started acting professionally at the age of was just three. Momsen's career came to a slow halt for three years before she was offered a lead role in Misconceptions, a WB program Misconceptions. Also at this time Momsen was in the film Saving Shiloh. She auditioned as well for the lead role in Hannah Montana and was in the top three, but the role was instead awarded to Miley Cyrus.
