Lindsey Vonn is an American skier born on October 18, 1984. Her retirement came in 2010 after winning four World Cup races and the Olympic gold medal in downhill skis. Vonn is ranked second in the world for super scores amongst female or male skiers. She is among the world's greatest skiers as well as the most popular skier in America. Caroline Vonn, a World Cup alpine skier in America who goes by the name Lindsey Vonn represents the US Ski Team. She holds four overall World Cup victories. The athlete that has earned a name for herself within American society. Six women have been the only ones to win all five World Cup alpine ski events. She has won the World Cup 82 times. She is the best skier on the planet and the top American racer of all time in skiing have announced their retirements following the World Championship in Sweden. A string of health problems have led to the multiple World Cup Overall Champion to choose to quit her job. The announcement of her retirement came through social media. The World Championships for Downhill and SG in Re Sweden will mark my final races for Re Sweden.
